Fenix Live is a Verona-based wedding equipment hire company, supplying tableware, furniture and linen for weddings across Italy.

Paola and the team do more than drop off crates. They'll work through the mise en place with you, pairing plates, glassware and linen, and advising on how to lay out tables and chairs for the space you've got. Fenix Live also makes customisable fabric pieces in-house, including chandeliers, abat-jour lampshades and cushions, so the hire can extend into the decor rather than stopping at the table.

We love them for couples and planners working with a bare venue in northern Italy who want one reliable source for the whole set-up, and honest advice on what suits the room.

Good to know: Fenix Live takes on welcome dinners and smaller events as readily as full wedding receptions.
