Frankie's BBQ & Catering is a Puglian wedding caterer working across Puglia and Molise, from pre-wedding pizza parties to full wedding feasts.
The BBQ here is refined rather than casual, and it usually sits alongside live market-style stalls for the appetisers, pasta cooked in front of guests, and main courses served at the dinner table. Frankie's team also runs a wood-fired pizza truck, a fire pit apecar, gelato carts and dessert bars. They also provide vegan and vegetarian menus.
We love them for couples hosting several events across a Puglian wedding weekend, who want the food to feel like a village celebration and the local ingredients to do the talking.
Good to know: pre- and post-wedding catering starts from €25 per guest, with the full wedding experience from €130 per guest.
