Bella Brews Co is a mobile bar run by Alex and Maddy, two Australians now based in the Tuscan hills outside Siena.

The star is Bella, a blue VW Kombi fitted with six taps and a keg system, pouring beer, wine, cocktails and, inevitably, spritz. For smaller gatherings there's a tap wall with three draft taps, which suits an aperitivo hour, a welcome dinner or a pool party. The refillable keg setup is their speciality which lets couples choose what goes in and how much of it, rather than buying a fixed package, so the spend stays under their control.

We love them for couples who want the bar to be something guests actually talk about afterwards, and who'd like flexibility over what's being poured.

Good to know: Bella handles the main reception while the tap wall covers the smaller events either side.
