Mumbles are a party band from Catania, playing weddings across Sicily and the rest of Italy since 2009.

The line-up is singer, guitar, keys, saxophone, bass and drums, and they can shift seamlessly from elegant for the ceremony, a roaming marching-band set through the guests, then a full party once the floor opens. Their repertoire runs from pop and rock through dance, standards and Italian favourites. What they're known for is stepping off the stage and moving among the guests, which turns a performance into something everyone is part of.

We love them for couples marrying in Sicily who want a band that pulls guests in rather than playing at them.

Good to know: the roaming set works particularly well outdoors, moving between groups during the drinks reception.
