Happy Jack Chef is led by Tuscan chef Giacomo Petri, who has been catering weddings and private events across Tuscany, Umbria and Lombardy for over 10 years. As a Tuscan wedding caterer, the team creates menus rooted in traditional Italian cooking, using organic and seasonal ingredients.
The team caters everything from private villa dinners and cocktail receptions to full wedding day catering, with maître d'hôtels, sommeliers and bartenders available depending on the event.
We love them for couples who want authentic Italian food with a refined edge, whether they're planning an intimate dinner or a larger wedding celebration.
