Saara Vuola is a Finnish wedding photographer and filmmaker based in central Italy, working with couples who choose presence over performance.
All her camera work is handcrafted and highly intentional, specialising in old camera lenses, and alongside digital she also shoots 35mm and 120 film and Super 8 kinofilm. She documents the day as it unfolds, with true colours and genuine moments, and puts great weight on her relationship with each couple, so she’s at ease with everyone from the couple to their guests. Having lived in Switzerland, Finland and the US, Saara is fluent in Italian, English and French.
We love Saara for couples who want intimate, atmospheric work and a calm, present photographer who feels like part of the day.
