We don’t offer a planning service ourselves, but La Lista is here to help you plan your perfect Italian wedding. You can find wedding planners we’ve personally vetted in our directory, including our sister company, Wiskow & White.

If you’re planning yourself, you can browse venues and vendors in our directory, book a Concierge Call with our founder, Lucy, or join The Club for ongoing access to her expertise. You’ll also find budgeting tools, our Pricing Guide, Inspiration & Advice articles, our newsletter and our Facebook Community to support you along the way.

No, you’re welcome to browse all our venues and vendors without one. You’ll only need an account if you’d like to save favourites, send enquiries and have a planning space.

Every vendor and venue in The Directory is carefully vetted, and a place can’t simply be bought. Our team reviews each application individually, looking at the vendor’s portfolio, client testimonials, professional reputation and experience in the Italian wedding industry. We only accept businesses that meet our standards, share our values and, above all, are right for our couples audience. Every member also agrees to our code of ethics when they join.

Members pay a low fee to be listed on The Directory, to cover operating costs only.

The Community is a space just for couples getting married in Italy to share their planning experience, give honest feedback on vendors and ask any questions, big or small. To keep conversations open and honest, the group is couples-only, so vendors and venues can’t join and advertising isn’t allowed.

To keep The Community a trusted, supportive space, we ask that you:

• Keep vendor reviews honest and constructive. Reviews containing legal claims or defamatory content without supporting evidence (provided within 24 hours if requested) will be removed, and we’ll advise you to resolve the issue privately.
• Don’t share vendor or venue contracts or quotes, as these will be removed for legal reasons.
• Be kind. Bullying, rudeness, abuse and degrading comments about race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity won’t be tolerated.

If you have a complaint about a vendor, we’ll handle it according to our Complaints Protocol. Every complaint is reviewed by our team and helps uphold our Vendor Code of Ethics, including how we vet new vendors for The Directory.

We love celebrating our couples, so by posting images in The Community you give us permission to share them on our social channels and website. We’ll always do our best to credit you, so please make sure your Instagram handles are visible in your post or added in the comments.

We’re sorry if something hasn’t gone as you’d hoped. While most experiences are positive, we know things can occasionally go wrong, and our team is here to help.

Every vendor and venue in The Directory is vetted by our team and agrees to our code of ethics when they join. If we have reason to believe a member has broken it, we may pause their membership while we investigate, and if a breach is confirmed, their membership will be removed.

To make a complaint, email us at hello@lalista.com with evidence to support it. You’re welcome to contact us about any vendor or venue, whether or not they’re a La Lista member. You’ll find each step of the process, and what to expect, in our Complaints Protocol.

Please note that La Lista isn’t a court, regulator or arbitrator. We’ll review every complaint carefully and fairly, but our decisions aren’t legal rulings, and we can’t determine legal liability or award compensation.

A vendor or venue would be removed from The Directory if they were found to have broken the Code of Ethics they agreed to upon joining.
