MiL Sabores brings artisan gelato to weddings across northern Italy, served in a way designed to become a moment rather than simply a dessert.
The presentation is part of the package with a vintage gelato cart, a Vespa and an iconic Fiat 500, plus live liquid-nitrogen gelato and traditional granita made on the spot in front of guests. Couples can create a flavour inspired by their own story and personalise the details around it, and the team also take on wedding cakes, with tastings that couples often to remember.
