La Lista was created as a safe space that guides couples through the noise and misinformation of a turbulent wedding world.
That guide is needed now more than ever. La Lista exists to raise the standard of the Italian wedding industry by championing excellence, transparency and strong ethics.
Led by a team of incredible marketers and wedding planners, La Lista gives couples and professionals a voice, a community and trusted guidance, creating a more informed, accountable and connected wedding world.
La Lista has become the go-to platform for international couples planning weddings in Italy.

I’m Lucy
Lucy is an award winning Italian wedding planner, with over 10 years of experience planning Italian weddings at Wiskow & White with her partner Danielle.Â
Equal parts business brain and creative, Lucy is the co-mastermind behind La Lista – the global platform for couples planning Italian weddings.
With ethics at heart, Lucy’s driven by values, championing strong ethics in the wedding industry and far beyond.Â
Lucy’s career started Marketing at a large UK charity. Through her 10 year career, Lucy led marketing divisions at global brands.
Lucy lives between Tuscany, Italy and Surrey, UK.

World to confidently recommend to our couples. Vendors and
venues are vetted before acceptance to The Directory.

When joining La Lista, vendors agree to our
Code of Ethics, to uphold the industry standards we expect
from all vendors.
As a collective we:
Treat all customers equally. Our business is free from discrimination and encourages diversity, equality and inclusivity
Respond to all communications with kindness and clarity
Clearly communicate response times and service levels with clients managing expectations clearly
Respect client confidentiality and operate in accordance with data handling policies (to our country’s regulations), only sharing client information with permission and as required
Always act in a respectful and professional manner whilst working with couples and other vendors
Understand that by becoming a La Lista recommended vendor our professional actions are linked not only to our reputation but also to La Lista’s
Have a legal contract with all clients that includes comprehensive and transparent pricing details
Disclose any relationships that benefit us or our business in ways that are not detailed in client contracts
Are transparent with clients about how commission works within our business
Have up to date Public Liability insurance
Hold ourselves to professional standards at all times
Request permission to use photographer’s photos from the owner (the photographer)
Fully credit creatives work when I/we share it
Never claim other’s work as my/our own
Send a suitable replacement or refund payments made to the business if we are unable to deliver our agreed service. If a partial service has been delivered (i.e. wedding planning, meetings or pre-wedding work) we will refund the unfulfilled amount the client has spent
If we knowingly break The Code of Ethics we will inform the La Lista team within 24 hours
By becoming a member of La Lista’s Directory I understand the complaints process exists to uphold this Code of Ethics and our industry to high standards
La Lista holds all Directory members accountable to The Code of Ethics. If the team are notified that these may have been broken by a member the Complaints Protocol will be followed.
The removal of La Lista members is at the team’s full discretion.
La Lista is not responsible for the actions or performance of members of The Directory.
La Lista is a paid Directory membership. Vendors pay a low, accessible fee of £300 per year to access the marketing package valued at £1200. 100% of La Lista income is invested back in to the business to achieve our mission of a fair and transparent industry that promotes ethical vendors, allowing couples a calm and confident wedding planning experience.
La Lista may carry out secret shopper–style evaluations on Directory members to ensure that high standards are consistently maintained.

World Land Trust to buy, protect and manage ancient forest around the world through local groups. We believe this is the best way to reduce carbon in our atmosphere and ensure the diversity of our planet is maintained.
Oxfam, who support those in poverty in Italy and around the world. Oxfam also support people in global emergencies, fight for women’s rights and campaign to protect our planet.
Our Founders.
We started our journey together in 2013 when I hired a
catering company for my Tuscan wedding. Danielle was the
Catering Manager and soon became our wedding planner.

The day after our wedding in August 2014, Danielle asked me to work with her planning weddings. I quite simply thought she was crazy! My career was on a different path and as much as I loved events, I couldn’t imagine planning weddings in Italy…
A year or so later in a new job that I despised, Danielle came to find me one lunchtime on The Strand and Wiskow & White was born. I walked back in to work, quit my job and while between jobs, we created the first Wiskow & White website.
Wiskow & White turned from a hobby to a side hustle, eventually my full time job. Danielle taught me (almost) everything she knew from her 30+ year career in Italy.
Jump forward 10 years and hundreds of weddings later, here we are today with a wedding planning business that’s leading the way – built on transparency and inclusion, it continues to sell out year after year in delivering incredible wedding experiences for our couples.
In 2020 we took on the challenge of La Lista – we wanted to have more impact than our bespoke planning studio Wiskow & White could achieve. Our focus is always on helping couples navigate Italian wedding planning with ease and transparency and lift up the amazing suppliers within our industry.
