Francesco Mencucci is a floral and event designer known for his minimalist approach and his focus on creating work that feels intentional and deeply personal. Based in Italy's Marche region, Francesco works across Marche, Umbria, Lake Garda, Tuscany and throughout Italy, Europe and the UAE.

He brings over thirty years of craft, with projects for prestigious houses and clients across Europe and beyond. His work is guided by a clear aesthetic language and a recognisable design signature, shaped through decades of practice and international collaboration.

Francesco’s creative process begins with the space itself. Rather than treating a venue as a blank canvas, he approaches it as a living environment, defined by its architecture, light, and natural rhythm. Through his Design Lab, each event is developed in close dialogue with the location, allowing the setting to influence layout, atmosphere, and design decisions. Floral design sits at the heart of his work - not as decoration, but as a structural and emotional element that brings balance, texture, and movement. The result is weddings that feel considered, harmonious, and deeply rooted in place.
