Villa Grabau
Villa Grabau is a historic 16th-century Tuscan wedding venue set within a nine-hectare botanical park in the hills just outside Lucca. The setting feels expansive and structured, with formal gardens, tree-lined avenues making it well suited for wedding celebrations.
The villa’s interiors feature frescoed reception rooms that work well for ceremonies or aperitifs, while outdoors the layout allows each moment of the day to unfold in a different setting — from the lemon house and Verzura theatre to landscaped gardens and terraces. Civil ceremonies with legal validity can be held on site, and several indoor options mean the day can be planned without relying on a marquee.
Villa Grabau host weddings for 50-120 guests with on-site accommodation available across independent residences, sleeping up to 55 guests, allowing close family and friends to stay within the estate. The venue is located around 10 minutes from Lucca and approximately 40 minutes from Pisa Airport and 50 minutes from Florence Airport.

"L'Arancera" - 8 double bedrooms and 4 rooms with two beds, that can be converted into a double bed, and 1 French sofa bed (total 24+8 guests with extra beds)

Wet weather
There are no tensile structures, but the frescoed rooms on the ground floor of the Villa Grabau are usually used for the legal ceremony and for the aperitif in case of bad weather, while the rest of the reception takes place in the Lemon house.
The Lemon House is an extremely wonderful wet weather option, as it is large enough to accomodate guests, both for aperitif and for lunch and dancing in a single space.
