Villa Oliva
A few kilometers from Lucca in the Tuscan hills is Villa Oliva, one of the most prestigious and exclusive historic villas in the province of Lucca. The villa is also conveniently located within an hour of both Pisa and Florence airports.
Villa Oliva is surrounded by 5 hectares of gardens which are dotted with statues, fountains and water features.
It also has a Limonaia (lemon house), seating up to 200 guests and equipped with underfloor heating so it's ideal for a winter wedding too!
There are lots of buildings you can hold different parts of your day in - a large glass greenhouse, which can be used by your caterers and/or for dancing the night away and a stables building which is a good location for an indoor ceremony in case of wet weather.
It is possible to have a civil ceremony in the gardens here. You can also rent the dependence of the villa which sleeps up to 20 people and gives you access to the swimming pool and tennis court.

Civil ceremony
It is possible to have an official civil celebrations in the Villa. There is also a very ancient church (a.d. 1000) at walking distance called Pieve di San Pancrazio.
