Alfio Flowers is a Sicilian wedding florist working across the island and throughout Italy.

The studio takes its cues from the Sicilian countryside and, unusually, from seasonal fruit, which finds its way into arrangements alongside the flowers. The range runs from classic Italian to sculptural, contemporary shapes, and they"ll take on anything from monumental ceremony arches to the centrepieces on each table. Alfio works with established Dutch growers alongside local sourcing, so the flowers stay fresh whatever time of year the wedding falls.

We love them for couples marrying in Sicily who want floral design with some architectural ambition to it, and who like the idea of Sicilian fruit and foliage in the mix.

Good to know: those grower relationships mean Alfio Flowers can work with specific blooms outside their usual Italian season.
