BLBS Management is a boutique bridal hair and make-up team founded in Milan in 2018 by Anna Kalytyak, working from Tuscany up to Lake Como and across Italy.

Anna came from celebrity, editorial and catwalk work, and has built a team of five artists she handpicked and trains herself, so the standard is consistent throughout the whole team. The looks range from boho and beach to elegant minimal and to red carpet for city weddings, and they're built to last from dawn to the end of the night. They cover bridal parties as well as the bride.

We love them for destination brides who can't easily get to a trial, and who want a team used to looking after couples they've so far only met on a video call.

Good to know: BLBS can run trials in Milan in the days before the wedding, which suits couples travelling in early before heading to their Italy destination.
