Criscione Catering is a family-run Sicilian wedding caterer led by Carmelo Criscione, rooted in generations of Sicilian hospitality and cooking for weddings across the island.

Menus are written for each couple and built on the best of Sicily's produce such as fresh seafood, sun-ripened vegetables, artisan cheeses and carefully prepared meats. Alongside seated menus, the team brings live cooking and dessert stations, from busiate pasta to cassata and cassatelle made in front of guests, and handles the service from start to finish.
