The venue is fully accessible. All event spaces, with the exception of the bridal suite are equipped with ramp access where needed. Facilities include 2 male and 2 female bathrooms, plus 1 accessible bathroom with baby changing facilities and ramp access. As the internal pathways are gravel-surfaced, a dedicated staff member is available to assist with wheelchair mobility whenever required
Booking policy
The date is held upon verbal confirmation from the couple. The contract is then signed — online signing available — and a confirmatory deposit of €1,500 must be received within 15 days of verbal confirmation. The date is formally secured with the Municipality only upon receipt of the deposit. Subsequent payments are in a total of 4 instalments, with the final balance due one week before the event. Should the couple cancel before the contractually defined deadline, only the deposit is forfeited; cancellations after that date require payment of the full amount. Should the venue cancel (which has never occurred), refunds are made in full when notice is given more than 3 months before the event; within 3 months, the venue returns double the confirmatory deposit plus any additional payments already made
Vendor policy
Freedom of choice is one of La Seminatrice's core values: couples are entirely free to select their own suppliers. To protect couples, the venue have built over time, a blacklist of suppliers who have demonstrated unprofessional conduct at past events — the venue reserve the right to refuse venue access to anyone on that list. The planning process includes a dedicated video call to guide the couple through supplier selection. Supplier management can then be handled directly by the couple or taken care of by the venue team

Set within woodland that includes a hazelnut archway known as La Cattedrale, La Seminatrice is perfect for a ceremony, aperitivo and dinner that can move under cover the moment the weather turns, with its own natural landscape as the backdrop. It has the feel of an open-air botanical retreat, with covered pavilions and nearby B&Bs and agriturismo's holding up to 49 rooms for guests. The venue is 1 hour 10 minutes from Rome Fiumicino airport.
Good to know: La Seminatrice is one of a smaller number of Italian venues licensed to hold a legally recognised civil ceremony on site, alongside the symbolic option, so couples can choose either without leaving the grounds.
