The team's approach rests on three ideas: conviviality, authenticity and elegance. Menus are developed through research and experimentation, built on high-quality seasonal Sicilian ingredients and paired with carefully chosen wines. Miritello also plans the layout of the dining spaces and looks after the fine details of service. Wedding menus start from €150 per guest.
