Progetto Matrimonio is a Tuscan wedding caterer founded by Elisa, a banqueting manager who has spent years working with international couples marrying in the region.
The cooking is rooted in Tuscan tradition, built on seasonal ingredients from small local farms and artisans, and their signature is live show cooking with dishes prepared in front of guests as part of the evening. Around the main meal they run pizza trucks, mozzarella bars, gelato carts, espresso carts and dessert stands, and they cater vegan, vegetarian, Indian and halal menus.
We love them for couples who want proper Tuscan cooking at the centre of their wedding, and something for guests to gather round while it's being made.
Good to know: menus start from €200 per guest for 100 guests or more, or €280 per guest for smaller weddings from 50.
