Serena Morandi is an Italian wedding photographer working across Lombardy, Veneto, Tuscany, Campania, Puglia and the rest of the country.
Her approach is mostly documentary, so the day is captured as it happens, but she's notably good at the portrait session, guiding couples through a mix of classic and more creative frames without it becoming a chore. Serena studied art history, and it shows: her compositions draw on architecture and different art periods, which gives the work a nostalgic quality alongside the modern romance. She shoots film alongside digital.
