Tuscan Excelsia is a Florence-based catering company creating bespoke banqueting for weddings across Florence and Tuscany.

Owners Paolo and Filippo have worked together in catering since 1986, and they attend every one of their own events personally, from the first meeting through to the wedding day, which is an unusual level of involvement at this scale. They work regularly at some of the most sought-after venues in the region, and they also run Olio, an innovative restaurant in Florence, which is the easiest way to taste what they do before committing to anything.

We love them for couples marrying at a Florentine villa who want the owners on site rather than a delegated team.
