Booking policy
The booking is officially confirmed upon signing the contract and paying a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% balance must be fully settled prior to or at the start of the rental period; failure to pay on time grants the venue the right to terminate the contract, deny access to the property, and still demand the full amount due. If the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days before the event, the client forfeits the initial 50% deposit. However, cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the rental date require full 100% payment of the total agreed price. Finally, all details regarding external vendors, additional setup arrangements, and extra services must be communicated to the venue management at least 30 days in advance
