Wedding dates are secured upon signature of the booking agreement and payment of a deposit. Final guest numbers are confirmed shortly before the wedding, with the remaining balance due prior to the event.

Villa Rota's exclusive in-house catering service is an integral part of the wedding experience and is therefore required for all celebrations. There are no restrictions on other vendors.

It feels like a noble family's country house, with seasonal Emilia-Romagna cooking from Chef Walter Bianconi, who has a Michelin-starred background, and frescoed salons where you can get ready on the morning.
Good to know: Apart from the in-house catering, you're free to bring your own photographer, florist and musicians.
