White Spirit Exclusive is a luxury mobile bar company covering Tuscany, Umbria, Emilia-Romagna, Marche and Lazio.

It's led by two expert bartenders, Matteo Lazzeroni, an A.I.B.E.S. member, and Gianmarco Baldi, trained at the European Bartender School, with nineteen years of experience. The bar set-ups are customisable to suit the style of the event, from a mobile bar to a pop-up built for the space or a self-serve display. They provide full insurance, proper licences and detailed safety plans, which some venues will ask to see.

We love them for couples who want serious cocktail craft and a bar team whose paperwork is as tidy as their service.

Good to know: full-service and self-serve options are both available, so the bar scales to the size of the event.
