Caseus is a mozzarella bar built as a live performance, working at weddings across Italy and internationally.

Vincenzo makes the mozzarella in front of your guest with warm curd stretched into shape, threads of milk, the whole theatrical process happening at an elegant station in the middle of the drinks reception. What comes out is freshly made mini mozzarella, burratina and stracciatella, served elegantly. It is as much entertainment as catering, and guests tend to still talk about it months later.
