No vendor restrictions - couples are free to choose their own suppliers. Included in the venue fee, an experienced external Wedding Planner will take care of everything: vendor research and proposals, logistical and design planning, accommodation management, curated guest experiences, full day-of coordination with dedicated staff, and language mediation for international couples
A quiet farmhouse between the Adriatic Sea and the Apennines, for large weddings in the Abruzzo countryside.
Set among wheat fields and mulberry trees, after which the venue is named, located outside Città Sant'Angelo, La Casa del Gelso is perfect for a ceremony in its outdoor park and a reception for up to 150 guests indoors, with panoramic windows and a fireplace as the backdrop for cooler months. It has the feel of a family-run countryside home, with a wedding planner included as part of the venue fee and four double rooms sleeping 8 guests on site, about 20 minutes from Abruzzo's regional airport.
Good to know: La Casa del Gelso has been licensed to host legally recognised civil ceremonies on site since 2019, so couples can keep the whole day, ceremony included, in one place.
