2024 Weddings: What you need to do now

Let us hear you 2024 couples…it’s your year for making unforgettable wedding memories. Now just the minor task of sorting EVERYTHING before you can sit back and relax, spritz in hand and wedding dress on.
Procrastination is not your friend when it comes to Italian wedding planning; so this is us making sure you start ticking off jobs from our handy list and go into 2024 in control of your day.
Be mindful of the holiday season and many venues shut down or work reduced hours during the winter. If your enquiry is urgent, pick up the phone and give them a call.
Start the year off right and get ahead before vendors are inundated with couples finalising their details.

If you have a planner they should have communicated how often you will be speaking to them during this ‘countdown’ period and your deadlines for the lists above. At this stage, make sure you understand how many check ins you have with your planner and what each session is for - use them wisely and come prepared! It’s homework time!
When wedding season starts again you should be fully briefed on how communication will be affected during this period. This often is the time when you can start to feel anxious about all the final decisions, so it is crucial you understand when you will next be speaking with your planner. Our advice is to space the ‘wedmin’ out, as rushing through great details can be overwhelming.
Let’s talk money….during this period, payments from you will be needed. Have this clear in your mind and write down what, when and how you will be making the settlements.
