Depending on the type of service you have booked, a planner might lead communications with your florist presenting back to you their proposal and ensuring the venue has full sight of what is planned.

Yes. Many begin with a consultation to discuss your ideas, inspirations, budget and requirements before creating a personalised proposal. If you are working with a planner, this step might go through or involve them as well.

Absolutely in theory, but you must check with the florist you have booked. Sometimes it is not as simple as lifting and moving to a new location. But where possible, it does mean those flowers remain a focal point for longer and you might see a cost saving. Additional charges might be proposed for this work.

Do florists charge travel on top of their service?
