Alchimia is a Tuscan wedding bar and cocktail catering company based in Bucine, working across Italy.

The name means alchemy, and the approach matches: signature cocktails built around the couple, custom-made bar counters, garnishes chosen to suit the drinks. Alchimia runs mobile bars from vans, carts, trucks and vespas, and builds pop-up bars indoors or out, plus full-service and self-serve display set-ups depending on the space. They handled the bar at Ed Westwick's wedding.

We love them for couples who want the bar to be part of the design of the day, and a drinks list that means something to them.

Good to know: the vespa bar is a favourite for drinks receptions and welcome events in Tuscan gardens and courtyards.
