Per Te Catering is a wedding caterer run by Francesca and Matteo, working across Emilia-Romagna, northern Marche, southern Veneto and the Florence area.
Their chefs build bespoke menus around seasonal ingredients and regional Italian cooking, and there are sommeliers on the team curating wine pairings course by course. The service is made exceptional with timing that holds from the pre-aperitif onwards, and a team that keeps everything moving without being visible.
We love them for couples marrying in Emilia-Romagna who take their food and wine seriously, and want the pairings thought about as carefully as the dishes.
Good to know: menus start from €120 per guest, and the team also runs mozzarella bars, gelato carts and dessert stands alongside the main meal.
