Meet Lucy & Danielle.
We started our journey together in 2013 when I hired a catering company for my Tuscan wedding. Danielle was the Catering Manager and soon became our wedding planner. It turns out DIYing your Italian wedding isn’t so easy…
The day after our wedding in August 2014, Danielle asked me to work with her planning weddings. I quite simply thought she was crazy! My career was on a different path and as much as I loved events, I couldn’t imagine planning weddings in Italy…
A year or so later in a new job that I despised, Danielle came to find me one lunchtime on The Strand and Wiskow & White was born. I walked back in, quit my job and while between jobs created the first Wiskow & White website.
Jump forward 10 years and hundreds of weddings later, here we are today with a wedding planning business that’s leading the way - built on transparency and inclusion, it continues to sell out year after year in delivering incredible wedding experiences for our couples.
In 2020 we took on the challenge of La Lista - we wanted to have more impact than our bespoke planning studio Wiskow & White could achieve. Our focus is always on helping couples navigate Italian wedding planning with ease and transparency and lift up the amazing suppliers within our industry.

Lucy’s CV
Lucy graduated from Royal Holloway in 2009 with a Geography degree and a dream of working at Oxfam. Her career started out with an internship in Oxfam’s fundraising team and her first project was managing a stand at the National Wedding Show - can you believe?!
10 years and many roles later, from managing the events team to making TV ads, travelling the world seeing Oxfam’s work, Lucy left Oxfam to try a commercial role. She quickly quit and went back to the world of charity, starting Wiskow & White alongside.
Lucy’s always been creative with an entrepreneurial spirit - starting her first business selling flowers at 16. All of this experience has led Lucy to leading Wiskow & White and La Lista to great success as the brands and the team continue to grow and sell out year after year.
Danielle’s CV
Danielle moved from the UK to Italy 40 years ago and married an Italian; Nicola. She started out as a teacher in Milan and when they moved down to Tuscany, Danielle became a clothes stylist and designer, selling incredibly detailed clothes she made at home while her children were young.
In the 90’s Danielle became the Catering Manager of a new Tuscan catering company and along with the owner, led them to great success as one of the regions top caterers. Danielle’s worked at almost every venue you can name in Tuscany and has worked at quite literally thousands of weddings.
Danielle believes in supporting local businesses and individuals, using local produce and delivering an exceptional service to clients. This has been at the crux of the development of Wiskow & White and stays central to the La Lista brand. Danielle and Lucy were first brought together by a shared frustration with the wedding industry, and their joint ethics and passion continues to drive everything they do together.
