DageniAle Pizza Chef was founded by Alessandro, whose story is rooted in two lifelong passions: pizza and the land. As both a pizza chef and a farmer in Tuscany, Alessandro grows many of the ingredients that become part of his creations, keeping a direct and genuine connection with the soil at the heart of his work.

Driven by the desire to offer an authentic culinary experience, he chose to take his kitchen beyond the confines of a traditional restaurant. DageniAle Pizza Chef brings pizza prepared on the spot, in any setting, capturing the warmth, aroma, and atmosphere that make it truly special.

Each pizza reflects seasonality and terroir. Many ingredients come directly from Alessandro’s own garden, while the rest are meticulously selected from small local producers who share his commitment to quality, sustainability, and traceability.
Every bite is the result of patient craftsmanship, deep respect for the land, and a passion for sharing simple, honest flavors with others.
