Exuvia Catering was founded by Elisabetta Stampeggi and Rosario Sturiale, whose shared journey began in the world of Italian hospitality and catering. Inspired by the idea of transformation without losing identity, Exuvia was created to offer destination weddings and celebrations that feel authentic, elegant, and deeply personal. Every event is approached with the belief that hospitality should be thoughtful, seamless, and rooted in genuine connection.

Based in Tuscany, Elisabetta and Rosario combine refined Italian cuisine, attentive service, and meticulous planning to create experiences that feel both effortless and meaningful.
