Exuvia Catering was founded by Elisabetta Stampeggi and Rosario Sturiale, whose story began years ago while working side by side in the Italian hospitality and catering industry. Through long days, even longer nights, countless weddings and a shared passion for creating unforgettable experiences, their professional journey slowly became something much more personal.
From that shared path, love was born. Then came a family. And finally, Exuvia.
Inspired by the meaning of transformation and evolution without losing identity, Exuvia was created to offer destination weddings and curated celebrations that feel authentic, elegant and deeply personal.
Based in Tuscany, Elisabetta and Rosario combine refined Italian cuisine, attentive hospitality and carefully orchestrated service to create seamless experiences where every detail — from atmosphere and timing to food and guest experience — feels natural, emotional and beautifully connected.
