Sara Varlani Yoga brings mindful movement, grounding rituals, and deeply personalised wellness experiences to couples and groups across Tuscany. After years of running a respected yoga studio in Florence, Sara now dedicates herself exclusively to private classes, workshops, and retreats creating space for visitors to slow down, reconnect, and recharge during their time in Italy.
Her work has become a natural fit for destination weddings. From pre-wedding classes for couples, to sunrise sessions with bridesmaids, to calming sound baths for guests before the celebrations begin, Sara has guided countless groups through meaningful moments of stillness amid the excitement of the weekend.
Rooted in over a decade of practice, Sara approaches yoga as both teacher and eternal student. Her experience working with a wide range of individuals allows her to intuitively read each setting and craft sessions that meet people exactly where they are whether that means energising movement, restorative breathwork, or quiet grounding.
Every class is tailored on-site, designed to bring students back to themselves and to their surroundings.
