Maniero Montecassiano is an exclusive-use wedding villa in Le Marche, set within a private 4-hectare estate just 40 minutes from Ancona Airport and close to the Adriatic coast. Hosting a limited number of weddings and events each year, the property offers couples complete privacy — no shared spaces, no back-to-back bookings, and a pace that feels considered and personal.
The villa accommodates up to 18 guests across eight thoughtfully designed bedrooms, with space to host weddings of up to 100 people. The estate is designed to be experienced over several days, with features including a 20-metre swimming pool, private padel court, outdoor cinema, sauna, jacuzzi, beach volleyball court and extensive olive groves.
Owned and personally hosted by Amber and Fabrizio, Maniero Montecassiano was created in response to a more personal vision of destination weddings in Italy — one that prioritises authenticity, transparency and a relaxed, immersive experience.

Accommodation
The main villa sleeps up to 18 guests across 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms — six rooms with two single beds each, and two rooms with king-sized beds.
Opposite the main villa there is a separate apartment with an additional bedroom, bathroom, and living room, sleeping a further 2 guests. This is ideal for the couple themselves or for additional family members who prefer more privacy.
In total the estate can comfortably host up to 20 guests overnight in owned accommodation, with the rest of the wedding party staying in nearby partner hotels.

Villa host a maximum of around 10 events per year. Availability is genuinely limited, it is recommended couples book 12–18 months in advance for weddings.
All wedding bookings are exclusive use. The entire estate is yours for the duration of your stay, with no other guests on the property.
Minimum stay is typically 2–3 nights depending on the time of year and event type.
A deposit secures the date, with the balance structured in clear instalments and no hidden fees at any point.
Everything is transparent upfront. What you see is what you pay — no surprise charges for lighting, cake cutting, kitchen use, or any of the nickel-and-dime fees that are common at other venues.
