Set within an 8,000 sqm private park with its own lemon grove and pool, Villa Teloni hosts the ceremony in its own deconsecrated church and the reception inside its 18th-century historic hall, with the Marche hills as the backdrop. It has the feel of a private family estate rather than a formal hotel, with air-conditioned suites and private bathrooms throughout, plus a historic hall that can host up to 250 guests for the reception.
Good to know: Villa Teloni is an officially recognised municipal venue (a Casa Comunale), so couples can hold a legally binding civil ceremony directly on site rather than making a separate trip to the local town hall, with the villa's team on hand to help with the paperwork.

The large historic hall dating back to the 18th century can be used both as the main reception venue, and as an elegant Plan B option in case of rain. In addition, on the first floor of the villa, there is a magnificent noble hall that can serve as an alternative space for the ceremony or the aperitif if weather conditions do not allow the use of the outdoor areas. The villa also features a charming private deconsecrated church, an intimate and historic setting where the wedding ceremony can be held.

For food and beverage services, the villa prefer to collaborate with their trusted catering partners, with whom they have built strong and reliable relationships over the years. However, the villa do not require couples to use preferred suppliers for any other services.

Booking policy
To confirm the booking of the property, a 30% deposit is required, with the remaining balance for the villa rental due 60 days prior to arrival.

At the entrance of the villa, there is an accessible ramp available for guests with disabilities, and there are no steps required to access the main entrance. There are also several bedrooms located on the ground floor, which are usually recommended for guests with reduced mobility, in order to ensure a more comfortable and convenient stay.
