La Foleia
La Foleia is a private wedding venue set within a landscaped park in the Ticino area, where nature, architecture and design come together in a uniquely atmospheric setting. Conceived as a “folly” and brought to life with meticulous attention to detail, the estate blends artistic vision with a strong connection to its natural surroundings.
At the heart of the property lies a striking 4,000-square-metre lake, created from a natural spring and framed by mature trees, curated planting and hidden garden spaces. The setting feels secluded and immersive, offering couples a sense of privacy and discovery throughout the celebration.
The venue is particularly suited to intimate, design-led weddings, with outdoor spaces that naturally host each stage of the day. La Foleia can accommodate up to 85 guests, with on-site accommodation including 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8 guests.
Located approximately 25 minutes from Milan Malpensa Airport, the estate offers a secluded yet accessible setting for destination weddings in northern Italy.

Accommodation
The venue gift the wedding night to the couple - the couple have the whole property in exclusive use - 4 double bedrooms, sleeping 8 people maximum. Couple can choose if they want to stay alone or with closest friends/family.
Wet weather
All options offer a Plan B integrated within the property, a part from the symbolic ceremony that would need a tent rental from 20/25+ guests. All the moments that are expected to be organised outside can be moved inside the villas, and the main dinner can be hosted in our 82sqm personalised greenhouse.

Supplier policy
There is no other restriction for other suppliers, although villa asks guests to give us a list so that the villa properly explain / show the property to a supplier that hasn't worked at the venue before due to its very particular + natural setting. The villa has a list of our trusted suppliers who have worked at villa for the past 5 years.
Booking policy
No booking policy but villa strongly recommends a 2 night stay ( 1 extra night before the wedding to make sure set up runs smoothly + the couple have enough time to properly settle in and appreciate the property).

Everything is on the ground floor so is therefore accessible - of course as it's set in a botanical garden so there are natural paths that are a bit trickier but villa have hosted guests with wheelchairs + mobility difficulty before
