La Villa Hotel
La Villa Hotel is a relaxed country-chic wedding venue in the heart of Piedmont’s UNESCO-protected wine region, surrounded by vineyards with views stretching across the countryside and towards the Alps. Originally a 17th-century wine estate, the property has been transformed into a family-run boutique hotel, combining historic character with modern comfort and a welcoming atmosphere.
The grounds offer a choice of settings for different parts of the celebration, from formal and country gardens to terraces, courtyards and covered pergolas. Couples can begin their wedding weekend with a poolside aperitif and wood-fired pizza, before exchanging vows in the tranquil Zen garden and enjoying a sunset dinner in the courtyard. The covered pergola overlooking the pool provides a flexible space for late-night celebrations and wet-weather dining.
La Villa Hotel can host weddings for up to 135 guests and offers 16 individually designed rooms, accommodating up to 36 guests on site, with additional accommodation within easy walking distance. The property is available for exclusive use for a minimum of two nights, with in-house wedding planning, catering and hospitality provided throughout the stay.

Accommodation
La Villa offers 16 unique and different rooms, sleeping up to 36 guests. Each room has been carefully designed to retain as many of the original features as possible whilst incorporating modern facilities and amenities. Styled in neutral colours with floaty linens and soft silks, and furnished with hand-picked pieces of traditional, local furniture, all the rooms feel spacious and relaxed with some more unashamedly romantic than others.
Wet weather
A large pergola structure overlooking the pool and the vineyards that can host up to 135 people and provides a fixed plan B in case of bad weather. It gives the impression of being outside as all of the windows can be opened and there is a starry night atmosphere with the overhead fairy lights.

Catering
La Villa provide all catering and waitering in-house. Headed by a local Italian chef with Michelin starred training, the kitchen has a reputation for serving excellent food. Service is managed by an experienced Maître, who is a trained sommelier with extensive knowledge of the local wines.
Supplier policy
As above La Villa offer full in-house catering and do not therefore accept external caterers.
For the remaining suppliers (hair & make-up, photography, videography, music, etc) they offer wedding couples the flexibility to bring their own.
Upon booking, La Villa provide a lists of recommended suppliers that they have worked with before and whom match the quality of the venue.

Where to stay
Besides the 16 rooms at the Hotel, there is an additional 5 bedrooms at a separate property, within 5 minutes walk from La Villa. This property can accommodate up to 10 guests. Additionally, there are many options in the nearby area (hotels, bed & breakfasts, airbnbs, etc.) either within walking distance or a maximum 10 minute drive. The venue are also able to arrange transportation between the various venues.

Church
La Villa are fortunate to have one of the most beautiful churches in the region only 5 minutes’ drive from the Hotel. It is called San Giovanni Battista and is located in the small town of Fontanile.
Civil ceremony
Symbolic ceremonies on site at the Hotel. They can also help organise Civil Ceremonies at the local Comune, a 5 minute drive from the Hotel, as these must be conducted by an official representative of the State.
