For all weddings hosted at Tenuta Montemagno Relais, the exclusive use of the entire property is required, ensuring complete privacy and a truly intimate experience for the couple and their guests.

Exclusive use includes the accommodation of the Relais on a Bed & Breakfast basis, comprising a total of 17 rooms and suites:

* 7 Junior Suites, accommodating up to 3 adults each * 2 Suites, accommodating up to 4 adults each * 8 Double Rooms, accommodating up to 2 adults each

The property can therefore accommodate up to 45 adult guests in total.

 Wet weather

Tenuta Montemagno offers several indoor alternatives in case of adverse weather, depending on the number of guests and the format of the event.

The working wine cellar, located directly next to the main Relais building, can be transformed into a distinctive and atmospheric setting for wedding dinners, aperitifs and buffet receptions, offering an authentic experience closely connected to the wine-making heritage of the estate.

For more intimate weddings of up to approximately 40 guests, the celebration can alternatively be hosted in the Tower Room of the restaurant. An additional meeting and event room is also available and can be incorporated into the contingency plan according to the specific requirements of the wedding.

For larger weddings or event formats requiring additional covered space, a temporary marquee or tensile structure would need to be installed within the estate. This can be planned in advance according to the number of guests, layout and specific requirements of the event.

For intimate weddings of up to approximately 40–45 guests, catering can be provided directly by Tenuta Montemagno’s in-house restaurant and kitchen team, with menus designed around the gastronomic traditions of Piedmont.

For larger weddings, the venue work exclusively with a trusted external catering partner, who has been collaborating with Tenuta Montemagno for many years and is thoroughly familiar with the property, its spaces and service standards.

 Supplier policy

For catering services and temporary marquees/tensile structures, Tenuta Montemagno works exclusively with their trusted selected partners, who know the property well and ensure consistency with quality, service and operational standards.

For all other wedding services and suppliers, couples are free to personalise their celebration according to their individual vision and preferences.

The team is also happy to assist in selecting and recommending the most suitable local and specialist suppliers, from florists and entertainment to photographers, décor and other services, based on the couple’s wishes, style, specific requirements and budget.

 Booking policy

Wedding bookings at Tenuta Montemagno are confirmed upon signature of the event agreement and payment of a non-refundable deposit.

As weddings require the exclusive use of the property, the booking includes all 17 rooms and suites on a Bed & Breakfast basis for the agreed period.

A personalised quotation and payment schedule are provided according to the date, number of guests, duration and specific requirements of the event. The final number of guests and all event details must be confirmed within the timeframe specified in the agreement.

 Where to stay

For weddings with a larger number of guests, additional accommodation is available in the surrounding Monferrato area, with a selection of charming hotels, relais, agriturismi and traditional country houses located within approximately 10–30 minutes’ drive from Tenuta Montemagno.

The team can provide couples with a curated list of recommended nearby properties, offering different categories and price ranges according to their guests’ needs.

Upon request, private shuttle services can also be arranged between the selected accommodation and Tenuta Montemagno, allowing all guests to enjoy the wedding celebrations comfortably and safely while maintaining the Tenuta as the exclusive heart of the event.

The main common areas and event spaces at Tenuta Montemagno are accessible to guests with reduced mobility, allowing them to comfortably take part in the wedding celebrations.

Due to the historic nature and architectural characteristics of the property, our guest rooms and suites are not specifically equipped or certified as accessible rooms for guests with disabilities.

The venue recommend informing their team in advance of any specific accessibility requirements, so that they can advise on the most suitable arrangements and provide assistance wherever possible.
