La Chiusa Country House
A truly magical place to get married.
The large stone farmhouse dates back to 1873 and is located in one of the best-preserved and peaceful areas of
the Sicilian countryside, between Noto and Modica.
The farmhouse is surrounded by high dry-stone walls; the name of the property derives from this
very wall that was used to prevent herds from entering the area reserved for the family. It has two
large internal courtyards, large terraces overlooking the
countryside, a stunning swimming pool and hydromassage, gym and wellness area. There is also a wet weather option if needed for up to 100.
The property is surrounded by land cultivated with carob, olive and pomegranate trees, with no
other buildings visible. The restoration was carried out respecting the authenticity of the place and
the house, retaining all the original elements.
It is possible to hold a civil wedding in the building on a symbolic level. There is a pretty country
church only 800 metres away (Sacra Famiglia di Cozzo Rose).
