Prices are divided into 3 seasons:
In low and mid -season there is no minimum stay while in high season (July and August) the venue must be booked for 1 week (Saturday to Saturday) while on bank holidays there is a minimum stay of 2 or 3 nights
Wet weather
Full buyout includes exclusive use of the dining room, sunroom, terrace, central garden with fountain and side garden with light spheres for the whole day of the event
In case of bad weather the internal dining room with sunroom can host up to 250 people

Booking policy
Cancellation Fees: The deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable. Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to check-in will incur a charge of 50% of the total amount. Cancellations made after this period will incur a charge of 70% of the total amount. In the event of a no-show or early departure, the full cost of the stay will be charged.

One apartment have facilities for disabled people: larger doors, shower with no steps and car parking next to the door. The wedding venue has stairs between the gardens and the main dining room, but it is accessible buy driving around

In loco there are no churches, but in the area there are some in Gambassi Terme (Il Castagno, Santa Maria Assunta a Chianni), or San Gimignano (Duomo, Santuario di Pancole)
Civil ceremony
The venue authorised for a full civil ceremony (legally binding) in the garden or in the sunroom in case of bad weather. For a civil or symbolic ceremony the venue set up a bare iron arch, a table/altar and move the chairs to the ceremony area and then to the dinner area
