Planning a wedding with 100k euro

You’ve got to love a disclaimer prelude, but as we are presenting budgets in a fairly broad way nuances must be considered. Let’s recap what the main ‘levers’ in a budget are: 1. the venue fee, 2. the amount you charge guests, 3. number of events you host and 4. guest number; changes of any of these levers will obviously affect the others and therefore overall budget.

What you need to know:

  • All the wedding scenarios below include just one other event with lite food and drink (as opposed to a fully catered or open bar).

  • Planner fees can range from 5000-20000 euro depending on expertise and pricing model.

  • The prices included are all average spends (all prices include taxes).

Start inputting costs into our free, expert-designed Budget Tracker and kick off planning the right way.

“To put it simply the Budget tool saved us money! By helping us allocate money across the entire wedding, it supported us when making important choices, like how much we had to spend on each supplier.”
